ViBee Liptov: operations and continued development

The Liptovský Ján project previously presented on this website as Moravica / Jánsky rezort is now presented under the ViBee Liptov brand. Accommodation is in operation, while further development focuses on services and wellness facilities.

The site comprises 12 hotel rooms and 19 apartments. Apartment ownership must be distinguished from operating arrangements: a shared brand does not mean that BeeCapital owns every apartment. Cooperation with individual owners is governed by separate arrangements.

The operating concept connects accommodation marketing, reservations, guest care and related services. The project therefore combines an existing hospitality operation with continued improvements to the guest experience.

The outdoor hot tub is already operational. The rooftop sauna is being prepared, and indoor wellness is another planned development. The outdoor pool is a seasonal amenity, with availability determined by the current operating schedule.

The hotel has its own restaurant. The neighbouring U Koníka restaurant is an independent partner, not a restaurant operated by the hotel.
