Data processing for accommodation bookings or orders of a separate service is explained by the relevant provider on that service's website.

Contact form and email

If you send us a message through the contact form, we process your name, email address, optionally your role or area of enquiry, the message text, the page language and a technical browser identifier (user agent). The message is stored in the website database and its content is sent as a notification email to info@beecapital.eu, with your address used for the reply. A technical record of the notification delivery is kept.

The purpose is to handle and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to communication we receive, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We process data in the same way if you email or call us directly.

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up communication, and beyond that only where necessary to perform a contract, meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Recipients

The data is accessible to authorised BeeCapital staff. It is technically processed by the providers of website hosting, database and email delivery services we use. We do not sell the data or use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Server logs and browser storage

When you visit the website, the hosting infrastructure may process technical request data (such as IP address, time and requested URL) to secure and deliver the page.

The website stores a technical flag in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage) so the intro animation is not repeated during one visit. It is deleted when the browser is closed and is not used for tracking.

Embedded maps

A Google Maps map is embedded on the Contact page and on some project pages. When it loads, your browser communicates with Google's servers, which process data under Google's own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send requests to info@beecapital.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
